Notifications Tab

Your administrator can configure notifications that alert you or your groups when changes occur in EMS, such as updates to bookings, reservations, service orders, room types, setup types, and user accounts.

When notifications are enabled, EMS automatically sends alerts when you create or update a reservation or booking.

Review the notification settings when you create or modify an event.

Notifications tab overview 

When you open the Notifications tab, the Notification Rules pane, on the upper left pane, lists all notification rules that include you. Each rule shows the number of new notifications received today.

The Notifications tab is interactive, you can:

 

Option	Description
Unreviewed	Select this option to view unreviewed notifications for future bookings.
Reviewed	Select this option to view reviewed notifications for future bookings.
Include Old	View notifications for past bookings.
Show New Only	Display only notifications received today.
Mark Reviewed	Mark the selected notification as reviewed.
Go To	Open the item associated with the notification. For a reservation, booking, or booking detail, EMS opens the reservation in Navigator and selects the appropriate folder.
Refresh	Check for notifications received since you opened the Dashboard.
Delete	Remove one or more selected notifications from the Notifications tab.
